Roeser Homes Covid-19 Statement

We understand a lot has changed recently with the outbreak concerns of Covid-19. While this affects much more than just our business, we’re doing all that we can to ensure the safety of our employees, homeowners, vendors, families, and friends. 

As of now, we will remain open and fully functioning and will continue following local and federal government and CDC guidelines. We encourage our team to work from home, so our employees are well accustomed to doing so. For our construction managers in the field, they will continue to be onsite and monitoring all current and future builds, while socially distancing as needed. 

Although scheduling and timelines of our current projects may be impacted by this current situation, we will do our best to keep everything on track and our focus on moving forward.
Our current models and available specs will be available by appointment only. If you’re interested in touring one of our homes, please contact us to schedule a showing. 

Some of our vendors have mentioned that although showrooms may be closed for public showings, appointments may still be scheduled on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions regarding your selections, please ask your construction manager. 

This will remain in effect at least until April 30th, however, we’ll keep you updated with any changes as we move forward. If you have questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know.
