We really never thought we would build again, until we came across Roeser Homes. From the first conversation that we had with Austin, we began to feel very comfortable with him. His professionalism and willingness to make custom changes to an already awesome plan, sealed the deal for us. We never felt that he was one of those builders who just told you what you wanted to hear to try and sell a house. He was extremely patient, and always listened to all of our concerns. If we had questions, Austin always gave us an explanation as to why it might be a good idea, or not such a good idea. 

As soon as we were ready to break ground, we were introduced to John, our Construction Manager. Working with John was incredible. He was always extremely quick to respond and address any questions or concerns. We would go through the house during each stage of building and if there was something we did not like or wanted to change, it was an easy phone call to John. Within a few days it would be corrected, and the process would continue. John did an excellent job scheduling contractors and almost never did someone not show up on the day they were scheduled. We actually moved in 2.5 months earlier because of his scheduling, and we could not be happier! 

Austin and his team continue to make themselves available to us even after we closed on our home. It is just as important to them that we love our home and that everything is running smoothly. Listening to some of our neighbors talk about their builders being non-existent after they signed contracts makes us appreciate Roeser Homes even more. They have gone above and beyond to make us happy, even when they did not have to. We would recommend Roeser Homes to anyone who wants a no-hassle, quality constructed, custom built home!

We looked at over 100 model homes in Overland Park, KS and surrounding areas before we decided on Roeser Homes. Austin and his team know how to build a quality home and even though we were 400 miles away during the build process, Henry, our construction manager, kept us well informed with weekly updates. One of the things that impressed us the most was the attention to detail that was taken to do things like caulk around all the gaps in the walls, ceilings and windows. The carpenters made us a custom mantle and shelves and the vendors for carpet, appliances, etc. really knew their stuff. An all around pleasant experience--we love our new home!

Buying a house from Roeser Homes has been a great experience for us. My wife, two boys and I really love our new home! Not only was it more beautiful than all of the other houses in our price range, but also it has all the amenities and features of a home well above what the competition offers. We have been 100% satisfied with the architecture, design, and finishes. Also, our energy bills have been under control, and everyone can tell the level of craftsmanship is very nice.

Throughout the design/building phase and post possession, Roeser Homes has been great to work with. Not one time have we felt like we've been a bother to Austin and his team. From my experience in the architectural engineering industry, I know all construction projects have minor fixes after completion, but Roeser Homes really works hard to ensure things have been done correctly and to their high quality standards. It has been very easy to get things remedied, and I feel as though their commitment to customer satisfaction is clearly beyond what is required. My wife and I instantly fell in love with a particular Roeser model home and knew this was going to be our future custom home. However, at the time we were still living in San Antonio, Texas and the prospect of building a custom home from over 800 miles away was quite nerve racking and daunting. Fortunately, Austin and his team made the entire process from picking out the lot, to making some slight changes to the floor plan of the model, to building and completing the house very smooth, stress free, and enjoyable. All your vendors are top notch and totally professional! I think they all truly add to the meaning of the word 'custom!'

Shawna and Amy provided a level of design consult that we never expected. Their patience is amazing and you can tell they love what they do! Shawna Zimmerman is super organized and has helped us through every detail!!! Amy Vanalstyne said she has 350 houses (across various builders) she's helping with!!!! That's like one a day (almost!!) in a given year.

Jeannie Nodder from appliances - she KNOWS her stuff! Like I said, all your vendors are top notch. The HVAC tech (Brandon) who worked on our house did a nice job and took pride in his work. Steve from Shamrock took his time with us, and let us decide on our own the much needed upgrades. I don't want to forget Angela Parenza, Todd Sandler and Billy Jackson and the KC Pumpman, who are not typically used to buyers calling them - were all awesome too!! Angela, Todd, Billy, and KC Pumpman owner Bill all are extremely insightful and really helped us with our decisions!! Like I said - truly a 'custom' build!

Matt has been excellent to work with, and I feel comfortable sharing anything that appears concerning, and I feel assured. Thad, along with Matt, has been great to bounce off ideas as well. Thad's got all our backs!!

Can't wait to see how the studio and screened porch are going to turn out. I just wanted to take a moment to say, we're very happy and excited to see the house coming along.

Talk about a builder focused on the customer, Roeser Homes is the one! We were pleasantly surprised to sit down with Austin Roeser early in the design process and customize certain aspects of the home that better suited our lifestyle. We sat down with several builders, none of them impressed us the way Roeser did. Once the build started, we received weekly updates from the beginning to the end from our construction manager, updating us to progress, big or small. The attention to detail, communication and overall quality of their product is by far the best I have ever witnessed. We are absolutely in love!

We are currently in process with the build of our home and we love working with Roeser Homes. From the very beginning, their attitude and efforts went above and beyond their competition. Thad was great in advising us on what worked well for a lot of customers and he gave us feedback (positive or negative) about the different features/upgrades that we wanted. Austin did an amazing job with the floor plan to add the specific changes over the several iterations that we asked for in order to get it right. Kevin has been wonderful at communicating and meeting with us whenever we need to go over anything. I recently moved into a brand new custom home by Roeser Homes. Building a new home can be challenging, but the entire team was a joy to work with! Thank you Austin, Thad, Mike, Sarah and especially Matt! Any and all concerns were quickly resolved. Response time and access to the team could not have been any better. Even after the close (4 months ago), I get prompt attention and quick resolution. I certainly recommend Roeser Homes and would use them again. I would also like to add that my home is beautiful, and I really love all the compliments I have been getting--even by people just driving by!

Roeser Homes is amazing! We live on a street with several different builders represented and when we share experiences - it’s clear we had the best builder. We met with Thad before we started construction and walked the model we loved, we told him the thing we liked and the things we changed and he built us a Home Price Breakdown of what it would like to build the house we were describing plus the allowances he suggested from what he heard in our conversation. He nailed it. After going under contract, we met with Austin Roeser who was excellent at coming up with ways to get us exactly what we wanted in our home and working honestly within our budget. He took my inspiration pictures and adjusted them to work in our home and budget - with an outstanding result. Everyone one we worked with while we were building was phenomenal at solving problems and making things right when there was an issue. We built in COVID and the team did their absolute best to get us to close within our rate lock and Melissa and the team in the office were very understanding, supportive, and creative! Just a big shoutout to Melissa - she was wonderful to work with and I really appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to solve any issue! When we closed there we’re still several outstanding items and we heard from neighbors that we would probably never hear from the builder again and they would fight us on every item from our blue tape walkthrough and warranty walkthroughs. That was not our experience. Dennis, Austin, and our construction manager (Tom) have stayed easy to reach and willing to solve problems. They are the best and we have a gorgeous home to prove it. We recommend them to all of our friends and family.
