Our Neighborhoods

Creekmoor offers a variety of distinct and diverse neighborhoods.  Southern Creekmoor includes The Village of Southern Hills and Southern Hills which were the original neighbhorhoods - now owner occupied - which offered a wide and diverse mix of floor plans and builders.   High Point followed, named after its high elevation and offering homes and homesites in close proximity to and overlooking the Creekmoor Golf Club.

North Creekmoor - or known as - North of the Club House, includes two expansive neighborhoods - Westbrook and Edgewater - both offering Single Family and Villa/Patio Homes.  One identified by proximity to golf, and the other to the lake.  Westbrook winds and curves around the golf course.  Edgewater is named after its proximity to the lake.  As each neighorhood grows and expands, new phases open and are often referred to as their proximity to a nearby golf hole(s).
